1. Dreamweaver MX 2004 and above. "MTK1.1.mxp" 2. Dreamweaver MX version 6.0 "MTKDM6_1.1.mxp" The version for DWMX 6.0 does not have pull down menus because it DWMX 6.0 doesn't support it well. So all of your buttons will be on one tab not in pull downs in the object bar. Other then this both extension versions are the same. New changes to both are your menu Insert is now more organized into four groups instead of one long list. And the object bar tab will read "Mambo Template Kit or Mambo Template " not "HowToMambodotcom" this is also the case for the menu insert and help menu. First check your Dreamweaver version how to do this is start Dreamweaver.
On the lower right hand side you will see the version number. If Version is 7.0 and up install the MTK1.1.mxp extension.
If version is 6.0 install the MTKDM6_1.1.mxp extension. Updating extension:
To update your Mambo Template Kit Extension will do the following. Uninstalling instructions:
1.Closed Dreamweaver if open. 2.Open your Extension Manager 3. In your Extension manager select your HowToMambo.com extension kit extension. 4. Once highlighted click the garbage can or go to your file menu the select remove.
5. Wait for the extension to uninstall it may take a few minutes depending on your system.
Installing Extension:
1. Closed Dreamweaver if open.
2. once your extension has been uninstalled you can start to install.
3. If installing for Dreamweaver MX 2004 or above double click the MTK1.1.mxp extension to install.
4. If installing for Dreamweaver MX 6.0 double click the MTKDM6_1.1.mxp extension to install.
5. Once finished installing you can start to use Dreamweaver.
